Who We Are

She was raised in Southern California, but moved to historic Charleston, South Carolina when she was 19. Donna graduated from the Charleston Cosmetology Institute in 1994, and continued her education by obtaining her barbers license and becoming recognized as a Master Stylist. Donna moved to the Myrtle Beach area in 1999 and started working at Elite Retreat Salon and Spa in September of that year. She decided to further her passion for cosmetology by purchasing Elite Retreat Salon and Spa in October of 2008. Whether her clients are receiving a precision haircut, a specialized color treatment, or even a Brazilian Blowout treatment, Donna strives to preserve Elite Retreat’s reputation as the best Pawleys Island salon and spa.

With over 20 years of experience, Elite Retreat Salon and Spa has had the pleasure of having her knowledge for 10 of those years. She is a local to the Georgetown area, and still resides in Murrells Inlet. She is certified in Brazilian Blowouts and Keratin Complex straightener treatments. Warm at heart, and always wearing a smile, she is eager to form lasting friendships with her clients and is dedicated to making Elite Retreat the best Pawleys Island salon.

Originally from Georgia, Melissa has lived in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina for over 11 years. She brings 15 years of experience to Elite Retreat Salon, and it shows in the quality of work that her clients receive. A true asset to our Pawleys Island salon, her passion can be seen through her artistic skill of corrective coloring and high lighting.

Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Tiffany found that she was destined for Cosmetology. She attended the Charleston Cosmetology Institute and graduated in 2003. In May of 2004, she relocated to the Murrells Inlet area, and immediately took a position at our Pawleys Island salon and spa. She is certified in Brazilian Keratin Straightening, but her passion is best revealed through the magic she creates with color.

Ashley was raised in Ohio and received her cosmetology license in 2006. She moved to South Carolina in 2007, and has been in and out of the Grand Strand area for the past 2 years. She has since brought her charismatic personality to Elite Retreat Salon to help us continue our reputation as an elite Pawleys Island salon.

Currently residing in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, Georgetown County has always been home to Jennifer. She graduated from the Carolina College of Cosmetology and decided to bring her talents back home. For the past 6 years, locals and visitors alike have had the pleasure of experiencing her passion for beauty and the true happiness that she brings to our Murrells Inlet salon.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, “Jessi,” moved to South Carolina with her husband that is in the Golf Industry. With over 6 years of experience as a cosmetologist, she trained in New York City and is licensed in Brazilian Keratin Treatments and Brazilian Blowouts. She is passionate about incorporating up to date styling for her clients. Jessi’s free spirited personality is a true asset to our Pawleys Island salon and spa.
